The first project is a 36-hole sports golf course under the master plan for the Southwest Sports Complex of Thach Ha District – Silk Path Ha Tinh Golf Course, which officially broke ground on May 19, with a total investment of nearly VND 1.8 trillion.
The project investor is Ha Tinh Tourism and Sports Services Joint Stock Company, which is developing the project on an area of approximately 180 hectares in Thach Xuan Commune.
The company was established in October 2024 with a charter capital of VND 270 billion. Its founding shareholder structure includes:
- Silk Path Hotel Co., Ltd. – 70%
- Plaschem – 20%
- Mr. Bui To Minh Khoa – 10%
Among them, Silk Path Hotel is part of the Plaschem ecosystem, currently managed by Ms. Bui Tu Phuong, a 9x-generation daughter of businessman Bui To Minh, serving as Director.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bui To Minh Khoa, born in 2001 and sharing the same permanent address as Mr. Bui To Minh, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and legal representative of Ha Tinh Tourism and Sports Services JSC.
In addition to the 36-hole golf course project within the Southwest Thach Ha Sports Complex, another legal entity within the ecosystem of Mr. Bui To Minh — Silk Path Ha Tinh Golf Course Joint Stock Company — was also approved in December 2025 to develop an additional 18-hole golf course project with a total investment of VND 996 billion.
As a result, including both components, the golf complex developed by the Plaschem Group ecosystem in this area will have:
- a total scale of more than 266 hectares
- and a combined investment capital of nearly VND 2.8 trillion.
This large-scale development is expected to become one of the major golf and resort destinations in Central Vietnam, contributing to the growth of golf tourism and regional economic development.
Silk Path Hotels & Resorts – Expanding Vietnam’s Luxury Hospitality
In the hospitality sector, the business ecosystem of Chairman Bui To Minh is widely recognized through the Silk Path brand.
The Silk Path Hotels & Resorts chain was established in 2009, beginning with the launch of Silk Path Hotel Hanoi, located at 195–199 Hang Bong Street, Hanoi. The brand later expanded with:
- Silk Path Boutique Hanoi at 21 Hang Khay Street,
- luxury hotels and resorts in Sa Pa,
- and premium hospitality developments in Hue.

Expanding Industrial Real Estate Investments Across Vietnam
In the industrial real estate segment, Plaschem has continuously expanded its footprint across key economic regions in Vietnam.
In Hai Phong, Plaschem partnered with Sao Sang Group to invest in the Tran Duong – Hoa Binh Industrial Park (Zone B – Phase 1), covering approximately 330 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 5.7 trillion.
In Ha Nam Province (now part of Ninh Binh Province), Plaschem developed the expanded Dong Van I Industrial Park, with a scale of around 103 hectares.
In Tan An City, former Long An Province (now Tay Ninh Province), the Group invested in the Tu Phuong Industrial Cluster, covering nearly 44 hectares.
Meanwhile, in Dong Thap Province, Plaschem is the investor behind the Binh Dong Industrial Park, with a total investment exceeding VND 2.4 trillion.

According to the latest update dated August 19, 2025, Plaschem Group has a charter capital of approximately VND 3,966 billion.
